Sam has worked in the resourcing team for just under a year and, in my opinion, has made a really positive impression. He is exceptionally personable and is adaptable to any task he is given. In the main Sam has dealt with a high profile piece of work in resourcing that has required him to build credible relationships with other teams in order to achieve his objectives. He has done this with ease and is well respected amongst his peers and teams external to ours. He has an impeccable manner and charisma whilst engaging with others and is always keen to learn and develop. Sam has gone above and beyond his role on many occasions and is a fabulous asset to the team here at the trust.
