I've used various methods to build my base of doctors including database analysis, referrals and headhunting and I have experience in finding overseas doctors their first UK jobs by using skills such as CV development and market mapping.I also have good experience of working on a managed service agreement having supplied doctors for the Colchester University Hospital contract which is the first such agreement that Pertemps have been awarded.My primary motivator is to add value for all parties involved and that means understanding needs and delivering on promises.

  Accident Claim Assist was the arm of Lexicon Group Holdings which helped the victims of road traffic accidents secure the medical help and compensation they deserved.I initially joined the company as a telesales agent and within a few months I had progressed to Sales Team Leader for half of the sales team. As a result my own success and that of the company I was promoted to Sales Team Leader within 12 months and continued to develop my skills within this role. I worked closely with the directors of the company, the sales agents in the office and the chosen law firms on our panel to ensure a streamlined and tailored process for all of the individuals we helped.
