My daily responsibilities include managing client relationships through understanding their unique needs, culture, and business initiatives. I work with my clients to introduce new workplace concepts that will best support their employees and their mission. I oversee all aspects of my client’s projects, from concept through completion; including workplace planning, design, order facilitation, project management, delivery, installation, and invoicing. Major Accomplishments Include: • Harvard Medical, Business, Credit Union and School of Public Health Schools- managing a 30-year relationship – supporting day to day and major projects in excess of $1million. • A business services company – led a workplace place transformation with modern executive suites and casual settings to provide a more relaxed and collaborative work environment • Endicott College- new centralized academic center, a hub learning and socializing for students. Introduced active learning concepts and new seating standard. At Red Thread, we help organizations transform their workplaces to drive employee engagement.
