I had the pleasure of working with Sam on the soon to be completed Health and Human Sciences Building at Georgia Southwestern State University. Despite significant budget challenges the project has been a success largely due to Sam's efforts. He has a keen eye for the big picture of the project and the has also gotten into the trenches to develop innovate cost saving solutions to bring the project back into budget. As a result of this collaboration we have worked together in our marketing efforts to tell the story of the project. Sam is an excellent networker and he understands how to identify the right people in the owner's organization and to present a strong value proposition.
