When you ask Sam to do something, he does it. Then he comes back to ask what's next. It was a pleasure to work with a person who will happily confront any challenge with energy, and work at it until he is successful. Sam is quick to act if he sees something going wrong, unafraid to share his ideas and opinions, and always looking for ways to improve the way he works. I would reccommend working with him to anyone.
