- Due to our parent company being a venture builder, I’m the first point of contact for many businesses and help to navigate and coordinate shared resources, booked spaces, external visitors and special arrangements for celebrity visitors - This part of my role requires me to have knowledge of all key points of contact throughout the building within the ventures. Directing phone calls and assisting with the handling of all enquiries in a positive and professional manner. My days are usually back to back not only with my main responsibilities but also helping out with ad-hoc events and company initiatives - My job requires attention to detail and the ability to build lasting business relationships whilst being the central point of contact for policy and building procedures - I act as the interim Business Manager, engaging with the community and potential new businesses. – Daily I work with all levels of stakeholder - CEO’s, EA’s, Investors and special guests/ celebrities that have additional processes/ requirements. I’m trusted to assign only those with the necessary clearance to our restricted floors - Creating marketing communication emails and posters for events and general updates about the building and community news, with tight deadlines - Ensuring the building is maintained and well presented by performing morning and afternoon checks on all five floors, including the communal areas - Ensure all members receive a seamless experience by having main control of Nexudus, the room booking system and take charge of room set up. - Responsible for the induction, training, development and appraisal of subordinate staff - Occasionally stepping in to assist on pitches for new potential members alongside the property management team
