This involved meticulously reading through the entire codebase to ensure all features from the old version were successfully implemented in the new one. I also had the opportunity to learn and incorporate new features into the project, such as reading data from Excel files. As the lead front-end developer, I managed a team of developers, ensuring effective communication and successful task completion. Achievements: As the Lead Developer at this startup project, I spearheaded the development of the project from inception to success, specifically tailored for desktop users. My responsibilities encompassed software architecture, coding, and supervising the development process to ensure the delivery of a robust and efficient desktop application.
