  This year I decided to get involved in a student society as I have always had a passion for volunteering and coaching. It has also given me the chance to meet and interact with different people than those in my existing co-curricular interests. My role is to look after the Education and Wellbeing of commerce students within the University. Taking care of both your mental and physical wellbeing is of critical importance to me, and so through this role I aim to encourage students to achieve an effective work-life balance. My experience in sports teams, work and as a leader during high school has taught me the significance of having a strong leadership style and contributing to a team. These are all things that translate to my involvement within COMSA as well as any team I am involved with in the future. Show less

  My role in caddying has given me experience in dealing with high-profile local and international clients and developing relationships with a diverse range of people in the workplace. I have gained insights and formed connections with successful people which has inspired my own commercial ambitions for the future. This experience has helped further develop my communication skills. I am a confident public speaker, and have had significant experience throughout school and university addressing large groups of people. I am most effective in scenarios where I am encouraged to form relationships and get the best out of those around me, which I perceive as one of my biggest strengths. Show less
