Sam is a wonderful coworker and also a wonderful human. She not only cares about the outcomes of the business but also how to enable her colleagues and reports to do their best work. Despite managing a lot of different types of teams, moving pieces, and people, she’s able to zoom in to talk details or out to understand how all those pieces fit together. I’m constantly amazed at her ability to present information to completely different roles, guide them to understand the why/what/how, and get the necessary buy-in.
