Just started my new Job with Belli Architectural group. I think they are the perfect fit for me and me for them. They do lots of interesting projects in the Salinas area and I can't wait to get started doing what I love. Just started my new Job with Belli Architectural group. • Sr. Store Planner

As store planner I organized and updated OSH as built files for all the company stores in both CAD and PDF. Created "OSH" sheets from scratch. OSH sheets are a collection of plans that the architect used in city submittals like Finish, Fixture, Data, Security, Electrical with notes and details as well. I designed support and fixture layout for remodels and ground up stores. Other responsibilities included redlining construction sets to meet OSH standards and updating the OSH specs. I also coordinated base plans with architect and OSH fixture/visual team. Show less

As project manager for Oppidan I only worked on OSH projects. Starting off small with projects like paint and signage for existing building. Working with the vendors directly I helped OSH refresh around 40 stores. Then I headed up the direct access nursery project. Where we added gates and registers to the nursrey so customers could go straight into the nursery from the parking lot. After that OSH wanted to hire me directly. Production coordinator on McDonalds team. Responsibilities included site visits, planning submittals and consultant coordination to complete construction documents. This was during the McDonalds rebranding when basically the entire company got a face lift with cafe style design, double drive through and new signage. We also updated restrooms and parking that was not up to code. Production coordinator on McDonalds team. My first real job out of college. I was involved design developoment and construction administration for many commercial projects in San Diego. Mostly Offices and warehouses. I also created site layouts for distribution centers in Mexico and Californnia. Maximizing a site buildable SF along with the required truck docks and parking. My first real job out of college.
