Salvador was THE problem solver when it came to technical issues. He is very thorough but what made him essential was his ability to marry the business issue with the technical issue and be able to deliver a full solution. Salvador worked as a part of my deployment team; during his tenure at Amerisourcebergen, Salvador showed great troubleshooting skill, demonstrated a good work ethic and interpersonal skills. Salvador was able to complete all scope of work, and successfully completed that work in the time required. He put in extra hours as necessary in order to meet specific deadlines that I set. Salvador was key in helping implement a Warehouse Management System and was the go to guy when any trouble arise. Salvador was always willing to offer his assistance and had an excellent rapport with the many constituents served by our office including clients, employers, and other professional organizations.
