He is currently working as Vice President of Mexico in Encore, a company dedicated to the production of events, rental of audiovisual equipment, integrated systems design and sales of audio, Video and Lighting equipment. From 1996 to 2005, he was working in the Presentation Services SA de CV company, where he was Executive Sales Director for the Mexican market, simultaneously he was the Vice President of Operations of the Caribbean (Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands), where he was responsible for 5 Operations and financial results, inter alia, implementation of business plans, Public relations, financial analysis, nonperforming loans. Salvador has a degree in Tourism Business Administration with a postgraduate degree in Marketing from the Universidad Tecnológica de México AC, as well as a Diploma in Finance from the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), with over 20 years’ experience in the tourism market, knowing different hotel chains and their philosophies of service, strong leadership skills, communication, teamwork, business vision, large service attitude, innovation and creativity.
