At the LEPL Financial Analytical Service I am involved in control of the project life cycle. I am a project manager, I am responsible for verifying and validating developed design package. During the testing phase I analyze testing results in order to identify bugs and issues and assign hot-fix tasks to appropriate developers, responsible for supporting contractor in quality testing and obtaining permission to launch developed solution and informing appropriate stakeholders after the solution has been deployed in operational environment. After the solution has been deployed I identify parts of the solution that are critical to business operations and I develop appropriate regress test case scenarios, which are being launched as part of BDT (Build, Deploy, Test). During the operations phase I am responsible for analyzing issues related with the solution (issued that could not be handled by Call-Center), identifying work-around and severity of the issue and planning its hot fix release (Change Management).
