In Finland Compass family has more than 3000 team members serving our customers wholeheartedly, always putting safety, health and wellbeing first (you hopefully are familiar with our consumer brands Food & Co and Amica). We bring joy and refreshment to schoolchildren, students, employees, convalescents, senior citizens and event visitors every ay at our restaurants or as takeaways. We value everyone´s input: together we build new ways of working, and a better employee and customer experience. Covid19 hit us heavily, as it did to whole industry. But we survived and now our aim is to be stronger than ever! That mean we need to develop our culture to meet "new normal" requirements. I´m more than happy to lead this historically culture transformation journey where we are building our Compass operating and leadership culture to enable profitable growth – and making every day easier and happier. In my current role I´m responsible for: Leading Compass Group culture transformation Coaching my P&C team to achieve set business objectives by being (as function) the enabler of business strategy Overall responsible for P&C function and member of the leadership team.

Highlights & achievements: ✔️Lead rapid change --> organization growth from 1500 into approx. 4000 employees only in 12 months. ✔️Responsible for development of the organization´s management system, organization culture, leadership culture in a constantly changing environment. ✔️Led the biggest recruitment campaign ever executed in Finland -->more than 2400 employees recruited to Uusikaupunki within only 12 months (2017-2018) ✔️Overall responsible to attracting & developing future talents --> eg. successor planning process established & university collaboration launched in a strategic level ✔️Start to build the culture of trust: Collaboration culture renewing--> Strengthening local agreeing culture with the personnel representatives ✔️Increased productivity & job meaningful --> developing HR organization, processes and tools. New HRIS (SuccessFactors) implemented. Created and implemented work ability processes and tools ✔️Surviving year 2020 --> ups and downs and we did it! Responsible for 3 YT-negotiations in H1/2020 and 2 recruitment campaigns in H2/2020.
