      • 2012 - Oct 2018

As a Case Manager I work heavily with Parties who have a case filed with us at the BCDR-AAA. I basically manage their communications, submissions, exchange of documents either through scheduled meetings or outside meetings. We are also required to do some legal research from time to time whenever deemed necessary, mainly on Alternative Dispute Resolution and many times in depth and detailed research on Arbitration and Mediation in Bahrain particularly. In addition to the aforementioned, Case Managers also are heavily involved in Networking and Business Development, I for one have been involved in organizing and attending both the IBA Dubai and ICCA Singapore since the BCDR-AAA are sponsoring those events Show less

      • 2011 - 2012

As a Senior Client Specialist my tasks and duties did not change much, however I have had the responsibility of managing and leading a team of Client Specialists and had the duty of creating and establishing a module or manual in which defined the role of the Client Specialist and its tasks, duties and responsibilities.

    • Client Specialist
      • Jan 2010 - 2011

As a Client Specialist I have been involved in almost all departments of the BCDR-AAA. Due to my position in the front desk area of the center, naturally it became one of my first duties to be the first contact towards any client entering the center, calling, or even emailing us with any inquiry. I have worked heavily with the Case Managers and assisted them with their tasks. In addition to that I worked closely with Business Development on their projects and networking.
