  Responsibilities: • Checking GPRS nodes for alarms, errors, and problems every day. • Preparing KPI (Key Performance Indicator) weekly report. • Preparing ADC (Automatic Device Configuration) monthly performance and statistics report. • Configuration and maintenance GSN (GPRS Support Node) SGSN, GGSN. • Insert, modify, and delete subscriber data in the SGSN when it’s required. • O&M troubleshooting for all GPRS services (Internet Browsing, MMS). • Consulting and investigating GPRS emergency cases with the vendors. • Dealing with International Roaming. • Technical support for Outbound and Inbound international Roaming GPRS. • Responsible for all technical matters related to GPRS system in all Korek Zones. • Configuration and troubleshooting the ADC (Automatic Device Configuration). • Troubleshooting for GPRS & MMS Subscribers complaint in all Zones. • Establish and maintain mechanisms for the routeing sharing information with the rest of staff in GPRS department in all branches of Korek. • Advise and assist other staff and other technical departments whenever required. • Work with the GPRS Team Leader & IT Manager Director to audit technical standards, and compliance in Korek site offices in accordance with company policies. • Provide technical support & training to other Korek’s branches in Iraq. • Night activities such as testing. • Coordinating between GPRS department and Other Departments in resolving day-to-day issues and operational problems.
