  I was part of the initial assessment phase of the unplanned areas in Giza Governorate which is part of the activities of the national project " Egypt without slums within three years ". The work was done by teams of architecture and urban planning Cairo university students , it was a good chance as i : 1- Got general over view about the GIS program and how it works in urban planning 2- knew the sequence and required data to document existing areas I was part of the initial assessment phase of the unplanned areas in Giza Governorate which is part of the activities of the national project " Egypt without slums within three years ".
