      At New Republique we don't have Producers or Account Managers so everything from writing Scopes of Work, creating timelines, resourcing, scheduling, QA, managing client relationships and ensuring account growth all falls within the realm of a Client Partner. Launching The Avalon on the Beach website theavalononthebeach.com.au for Trippas White Group and currently in the process of rolling out their next 12 websites (launching every 3 weeks) has definitely been a highlight of my time here so far, and taught me how planning and communication is the key to delivering any project. Working with the team at Unilever to rollout the Dove Australia website mydove.com.au and recently launched Self Esteem website selfesteem.mydove.com.au has allowed me to gain experience working closely with the Strategy and UX teams. Being involved in the research phase of this project definitely got me understanding the user perspective and journey in a different and more in depth way. Overall I've grown exponentially at New Republique, especially in regards to learning different Project Management techniques and managing client relationships. However I think the most valuable thing I've learnt is the importance of having an awesome team. And further to that, how essential making sure internal teams have enough time, information and the right tools is to delivering amazing work. Show less

      From my time at Alpha Salmon I have gained more experience in Project Management including creating and abiding by timelines and working to budgets. I have also gained valuable experience in sales getting involved in pitches and onboarding clients. I have increased my knowledge of user experience by contributing to user experience audits and working closely with the UX team. Moving from a solely e-commerce focused agency to one that provides multiple solutions such as app development, marketing campaigns and physical touch-point digital solutions has allowed me to gain experience in a variety of areas and I’ve enjoyed working on these innovative projects.       My role at Amblique involves me working with a large team of developers, strategists, producers and designers. I help our clients maintain and identify opportunities to transact even more online. The first big client I managed at Amblique was Supré, where I helped manage the roll out of their mobile site and email marketing integration. This was a great introduction to Account Management for me as I revelled in the client interactions and managing developers in an agile fashion. I started managing clients such as Specialty Fashion Group at the beginning of 2013 and am enjoying the challenge of a multi-site and multi-channel company. My favourite things about my job are getting involved in strategy and analysing usability on my client’s websites. I have a passion for eCommerce (especially fashion based) and I hope to always be on the forefront of innovation like I feel I am at Amblique. Show less
