Sally helped me promote my business early on and was fantastic to work with!

Sally's timing when she found Tnemec Company was impeccable. At the time, we were searching for a local agency to assist us with the SEO functions for our website. Our business is very detailed and we are a hands-on company so we knew we wanted to find a company that could work with face-to-face in KC. We invited Sally and a colleague into our office to share what they had to offer and we were thrilled immediately. Not only were they able to offer us what we needed, but they were able to work with us on things they weren't accustom to. We've just started working on some e-newsletters with emfluence and anticipate a lasting, successful relationship.

One hundred percent of the funds donated to Barbara's Friends stays in our community. Supervised 20+ events a year that raised over $1.5 million a year for Barbara’s Friends. Coordinated physicians, patients, donors and volunteers for Annual Radiothon raising over $170K a year. Key player with successful Barbara’s Friends Rumrunners foodie event raising $125K annually. Raised $3.8 million for Golisano Children’s Hospital at NGALA, a Wildlife Preserve in Naples. Served as event coordinator in all capacities of event. Helped with sponsorships, donations, auctions, registration, and check-out for all foundation events.

In the newly created position of Guest Service Manager at Cape Coral Hospital, I helped create an excellent customer service experience for all of our patients and their families. I provided leadership and management to Customer Service Coordinators in the Inpatient and Emergency Room areas. As a member of the leadership team I worked closely with leaders to ensure all patient satisfaction data is analyzed and reviewed. I oversaw tracking, trending and reporting of patient compliments, complaints and overall satisfaction and come up with creative solutions to enhance the patient experience. The position crosses multiple departments and service lines in an acute care hospital setting. I also helped to create The Patient & Family Council as an advisory resource to enhance patient and family collaboration. The council works with hospital administration, management, physicians and staff in creating a patient/family-centered culture and to fulfill our purpose as the community's premier hospital and center for health & wellness by providing an Optimal Healing Environment focused on health, prevention, healing and Connectivity. I was also in charge of Quarterly Recognition for our employees and serve on a Connectivity Speaking Engagement that promotes the culture of Cape Coral Hospital.
