Brand labeling company- Handle accounts to develop customers brand labeling. Work with all departments and locations to achieve this.- Pricing manager, Art department, Designers, Product development, CSR to enter order request. Also work with accounting department for terms or if require pre-payment. Work to get past due invoices paid. Provide customers current status of development, production and shipments. Brand Labeling company- Worked as CSR. Handled a few Salesman accounts in development and order placement, Worked with all departments to achieve this. Worked on Company inventory twice a year. Taking actual counting, data entry, work along with President of the company to resolve any conflicts in reports. Company started down sizing, as this happened I took on more responsibilities. Became in-house sales. Handled very stressful situations with late orders to provide customers with news to keep their business for current and future orders.
