  November 2022 to May 2023 Motiv Power Systems—builds electric vehicles on Ford chassis then prepares them for light to medium duty exterior body installation. Research, organize and write approximately 120 fault code, diagnostic and troubleshooting documents. Perseverance was a key attitude for this project. April 2022 to present World Bank Group—an international organization that financing projects to promote prosperity in a sustainable manner. Various smaller projects as needed including a Request for Proposals for an Employee Listening Tool and a best practices for inclusive meetings presentation. May –August 2022 Pinnacle Propane—a propane distributor. This project included writing a soon-to-retire finance/accounting employee’s tasks that are very complicated and nuanced in the propane industry in Arizona and Texas. February – March 2022 InstaKey--a key management company concentrating on large companies, universities, and medical facilities. This project included organizing, updating, and editing disaster recovery documents into one comprehensive, cohesive document.   Supported many GE divisions in all aspects of communications including document creation, editing, and proofing in a fast-paced, ‘can-do’ atmosphere. Project involvement included catalogs, brochures, technical documents, manuals, fact sheets, infographics, website text and various video/audio transcription. Highlight project was converting Alstom coal and nuclear product catalogs into two GE brand compliant catalogs with very aggressive deadlines. Patience and focus were necessary skills for this project. Initiated the establishment of environment, health, and safety (EHS) procedures and documents for the site where none existed before (emergency procedures, chemical management, evacuations drills, etc). Other responsibilities included: establishing GenSuite (GE developed suite of applications) for site safety and facility management including Contractor Safety, Training Tracker, Waste Tracker, Ops Metrics, MSDS, and Audit Tracking System.
