      Following the restructure of a small department I was brought in to provide proactive administrative support during a sensitive transition period. Initially this was a three week role, but was extended for far longer whilst I was able to help in developing the new team alongside the new management team, and help with short and long term strategies. - Support of disestablished staff during their notice period, and coordination of the staff engagement programme of the remaining and new staff, to counteract change fatigue and raise productivity. - Coordinating replies to official correspondence, whilst building and sustaining positive working relationships with a number of stakeholders. - Strategic support to the Unit Manager, advice on rephrasing of budgets and event management of team days, for the 30 strong team spread across four offices. - Provision of personal support and diary management to an all new management team, arrangements and preparations for internal and external meetings, travel, drafting presentations, document formatting and proofing support for the whole team.       This was a large migration programme with 70,000+ identities accessing 23 applications moving to a secure, future proof Identity and Access Management service for the Education sector.- Assistance of project managers with the creation and maintenance of all project and programme artefacts, including RAID and change registers and regular reporting requirements, ensuring all documentation was uploaded to the document management system to ensure an auditable trail.- Coordination of Governance Board meetings and liaison with Board members and senior Sector representatives. - Procurement, including engagement and variations of contracts, onboarding of new staff, maintenance of staff records and associated resource tracking.- Financial tracking for multiple work streams, processing and monitoring of invoices against statements of work, and reconciliations of project financials in line with capital and operational expenditure budgets. This was initially a three month position which was extended as I proved my capabilities. Unfortunately the project was halted due to OPEX funding. - Preparation and minutes at Governance Boards and ICT deployment meetings. - Proof reading and formatting of project documents, migrating these to a new FMS, and ultimately archiving during project closure activities. - Financial management, travel arrangements, preparation for workshops and participant reimbursements.- I also provided part-time support to the new Partnership Schools initiative in the form of Due Diligence investigation, event organisation and provision of note-taking at Governance Boards.
