      Currently with just under 100 members of staff, I manage the recruitment process right through to induction and then everyday life in the organisation! With a small team, we ensure staff have what they need to be successful within the organisation, including performance management, L&D support and general HR advice along the way!I'm passionate about people and take pride in the wellbeing of our staff to ensure we continue to do the best we can to make them feel happy in their work life. I am pleased to have completed the Mental Health First Aid course to assist with this. I love shorthand and use any opportunity to keep the skill going!
