  This is a "temp work" agency which offers me positions whenever I am temporarily in Seattle. The associate director, Denise Lagasse, referred me to Apple One in San Juan, Puerto Rico, who I will contact soon following completion of my Hurricane Maria damage, i.e. resources for repairs, this fall. My last assignment involving ongoing Fridays was working for the cruise lines, in particularly, assisting ADA (handicapped) travelers to get their cruise ship room keys.   The KentHope Day Center is a place for homeless women to go during the daytime 7 days a week until they are driven to a church to sleep at 8:00 p.m. This is the most rewarding job I have ever had, as I did not identify myself as a counselor. When the women asked me what I do there, my reply was simply that I am someone to talk to for anyone who just needs someone to talk to. They were eager to talk and after I heard each person's story, I was able to provide suggestions for financial resources and improved outlooked on their future. Show less
