  Matrix provides capacity-building consulting, training and evaluation services to support the non-profit sector and our clients to increase their capacity to achieve their mission. We partner with non-profit organisations across Australia, with particular expertise in remote locations and working for those working with indigenous communities. As Principal Consultant, I work with indigenous corporations, peak bodies and a wide range of not for profit organisations on capacity building, evaluation and workforce development projects. I also lead our Arts portfolio and many of my projects are with Aboriginal Arts Centres. As General Manager, I co-ordinate and lead our consulting team and manage the consulting business. Matrix On Board, works across Northern Australia in all parts of the Northern Territory, the Kimberley and into North and Far Western Queensland.
