I am an experienced Director, Business Founder and Non-practising solicitor with a background in medical negligence and serious injury claims. I spent a significant part of my legal career working on high value, complex medical negligence claims and serious injury claims, such as amputations, cauda equina syndrome and severe poly trauma. Shortly after qualifying as a solicitor, I made the decision to leave the legal profession in favour of a Medico-Legal Firm, combining the legal and medical knowledge I had accrued over the years to provide focussed work tailored to the requirements of the instructing firm. In May 2021, I decided to start Burton Legal Services to assist my friends and previous colleagues who still practiced medical negligence in securing closure and compensation for those injured through no fault of their own. Burton Legal Services serves as an extension to your legal team to cover all medico-legal needs.
