I have had the pleasure of working with Sally for the last few years at Rocky Mountain Analytical and she has consistently impressed me with her commitment to the team here and her involvement in committees in the workplace as well as activities outside of work. She always steps up and will take on an active or leadership role in various groups and committees such as the Quality Committee, and the Safety Committee; as well she takes on an active role in our governing body, the CMLTA (College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta). She is a team player with passion and drive and demonstrates a commitment to team goals and team effectiveness. Sally is also pursuing further education (MBA) which I am sure will take her far in the laboratory field.
