  As the Project Manager of Enactus , I was responsible for leading a team of dedicated individuals in creating and implementing sustainable projects that aim to improve the lives of members of our community . I had to take on a lot of responsibilities during my time with the organization , but it was incredibly rewarding to the positive impact our team was able to see and make. One of the most challenging aspects of my role was coordinating the efforts of multiple team members, each with their own strengths and areas of expertise. I had to be a strong leader , making sure everyone was on the same page and working towards the same goal . I also had to be able to adapt to unexpected challenges and changes in our projects , as well as being able to create solutions to problems that came up along the way . Despite these challenges , I was able to successfully lead my team to achieve our goals and make a real difference in our community .
