This required me to enhance my improvisation skills as I needed to assess and express the best pathway for clients in a short space of time. - Prioritising topics and agendas to discuss within meetings in order to obtain a desirable outcome for the client. - Dealing with issues that arise from client engagement and complaints. Communication skills were developed throughout my employment as I had to adapt to different people from all types of backgrounds and ethnicity. - Conducting group sessions of 7-9 services users on dealing with depression.
