This research continues on my final year project described here https://www.eleceng.adelaide.edu.au/students/wiki/projects/index.php/Projects:2014S1-47_Robotic_Arm_for_Trash_Collecting_Robot The aim of this project is to further improve the developed robotic arm to support image processing capabilities. To demonstrate the capabilities of the robotic arm i will be designing and developing an interface which will enable a user to play Tic-Tac-Toe game vs the robotic arm. A 3D printed board will be used as the game board. The robotic arm will detect the board using a camera which will be mounted on the gripper of the robotic arm. Once the board is detected, the robotic arm will then scan the board for any moves made by a human user and based on the human move the robotic arm will make a decision and make a move. Duties: + Reviewing current systems + Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals + Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes + Maintaining the systems once they are up and running + Manage project throughout the project period Show less
