If you're lucky, you get to work for someone like Salette. Not only does Salette have a keen sense of how to work with many different kinds of people, rigorous attention to detail, and brilliant ideas, but she also empowers and inspires those who work with her to meet her at her level. She has great people skills who knows how to delegate and motivate others. I have personally benefitted from Salette's leadership style, which has given me confidence as an administrator and leader in the sector through a combination of gradually increased responsibility, one-on-one training and mentorship, and long-term career planning.
