  • Responsible for providing leadership and direction, and foster a culture of Continuous Improvement in company activities using Lean manufacturing. • Full responsibility for ensuring availability, managing and following up for all the material needed for the company and managing the monthly production plans for different production sections, in order to avoid stopping the operation process. • Communication with all the concerned depts. related to the operation process, Supply chain, Production, Warehouse, and Sales in order to avoid any over or OOS(out of stock) cases either for materials or finished good products. • Analyze, evaluate, report, and act on inventory requirements to maintain its level as per the corporate target and keeping inventory reasonable level for customer support. • Release daily, weekly, monthly follow up and analysis reports for production and material planning processes. • Implement line balance technique to improvement the productivity. • Monitoring daily supplying and consumption in order to avoid material or FG shortage or overstocking. • Responsible for meeting section targets in (OEE , Maintenance Systems , Managing to implement systems to fix any, equipment failures by using the proper resources and encourage the spirit of accountability of the team to fix all the technical issues, increase line productivity . • Reduce Change over time using tools i.e. (PokaYoke), managing the production plan and own the products availability and following up daily. • Ensures the continuous improvement of methods, tooling, equipment, systems, identifying problems in manufacturing and solve using appropriate techniques eg value analysis, SWOT, etc. • Discuss and face working problems and expected problems. • Produce polyurethane tube for catheters by high quality(the first in Egypt)
