I have spent the last year in three different Oxford secondary schools and undertook responsibility including leading a Year 10 form time, teaching across KS3,KS4 and KS5 along with dealing with high profile students and managing behaviour and expectations. I have planned all my resources including PowerPoints, worksheets and lesson plans for all the key stages. I have undertaken relevent CPD opportunities including Safeguarding and encouraging disadvantaged students to apply to Oxcam university schemes. In the next few weeks, I will spend time working with children with Special Educational Needs and then start my second placement at another Oxford secondary school. Show less
