  • Supervises the searches process of vehicles and personnel entering and exiting the company facilities to ensure that unauthorized items do not enter or leave the facilities. This includes the use of specialists equipment at times including bomb detectors and video searching cameras. • Controls the removal of company property and this includes controlling gate passes and manifests, observing items' passes against documents, processing and signing documents and maintaining a filing system. • Approve issues permanent ID cards to employees as appropriate, includes obtaining employee's ID card application, processing information, taking photographs, preparing permanent ID card and issuing it to the employee. • Issues proximity ID cards to guests, visitors, contractor companies and vendors. Includes processing requests, issuing appropriate ID and collecting ID's on person's departure. • Carries out inspections on foot or vehicle a specified number of times during the day. And at night patrolling to office buildings, warehouse, maintenance buildings, camp, airstrip, training centre etc., determining that buildings are secure, checking that there are no unusual occurrences, raising alarm in case of serious occurrence, collecting electronic logging data, reading data to ensure proper checks are being made, filing reports, inspecting and reporting any abnormalities e.g. thefts, break-ins, breaches of security. • Prepare the Security Orientations for the new staff.
