This all-in-one intelligent tool enables the client to efficiently author, edit, publish, and update knowledge documents. Runthru creates a self-service and compliant knowledge document for the customers across financial services, government, education, and telecommunications. • Responsibilities: o Complete understanding of Change Requirement Specification Document (CRS ) o Created Test Strategy and Test plan for the testing effort o Supervised products testing, reviewed and analyzed test results o Query the database using SQL queries to pull test data and applications o Independently install, customize, and integrate commercial software packages o Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing o Perform GUI functional testing manually for each new build of the application Develop and implement tests according to customer requirement Show less
