Salamatu happens to be one of the young resourceful influencers that I came across in various Leadership & Youth Capacity Building Salons. She demonstrates a graphic representation of Self-Confidence and a great Leadership style that is not hard to notice. She is very practical with ideas and models to Transform Deprived Communities & To Restored Confidences' in Women & Girls through Education & Economic Independence. I am Confident that Salamatu is one of the Solid Pillars of the Future.

FtF-USAID-ATT project was an Agric focus project with an aim off increasing competitiveness of rice, maize and soy value chains to foster broad-based and sustained economic growth in northern Ghana. It was part of the USIAD/Ghana FtF intermediary result of increased agricultural productivity. With the projects target of reaching 100, 000 direct beneficiaries within the projects lifespan of five years, the M&E department was poised for action and I was part of a theme that brought that dream to fruition. As a member of the theme at the regional level I coordinated, trained, provided guidance to eight implementing partners across 14 districts. Show less

PAWLA is policy oriented NGO with expertise in Local governance, health, and education. I chalked many success during the period including ending FGM at the borders of Burkina Faso through the intact sponsored project, increased IGF mobilisation in Sissala West District through the constant pledge to fulani herds men to contribute and improved the implementation of the school feeding program in some selected schools in Wa West District through a social audit. I was the mouth piece of the organisation so I interacted with several media houses within the District and the Region. Show less
