      I started as help desk coordinator for RMGB (Rajasthan Marudhar Gramin Bank) project. Assisting SDM (Service Delivery Manager) in developing service plans by defining service scope, deliverables, and timelines. 2. Generating call/complaint IDs on ERP raised by customer and ensuring the resolution to be provided with in SLA. 3. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members at PAN India level, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to update project dashboard, following up with team for resolution. 4. Planning and organizing the scheduling of hardware service activities, including installations, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades. Coordinating with customers or clients to determine suitable service dates and times, and assigning service tasks to technicians. 5. Serving as a point of contact for customers or clients regarding hardware service projects. Communicating project updates, timelines, and any potential service disruptions.
