  As a former cell member and subsequently promoted to Joint and Associate of the Cultural Committee of IPA-MSB-SF, I had the privilege of overseeing and coordinating a range of cultural events, including RX Bombay, RX Envisage, RX Ignius, and RX Ekansh.IPA-MSB-SF is an organization that brings together pharmacy colleges from across Maharashtra to collaborate on events, seminars, trips, competitions, tech-fests, and more. As a member of the Cultural Committee, I was responsible for working with a team of individuals to organize and execute these events, which involved extensive planning, coordination, and collaboration.My role included managing logistics, coordinating with external vendors, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all cultural events ran smoothly and efficiently. Through my work, I developed strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, which were essential for successfully bringing together the diverse interests and needs of the participating colleges.Additionally, I was responsible for ensuring that all cultural events were in line with the values and mission of IPA-MSB-SF, which is dedicated to promoting excellence in the field of pharmacy education and research.   During my internship at Amaterasu Lifesciences, I had the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in formulation development for two of the company's products: Soreze and Skineasi. My responsibilities included researching and analyzing various ingredients, as well as conducting experiments to determine the most effective formulation for these topical products. Additionally, I explored potential methods for assessing the natural moisturizing effects of these formulations. As a part of my internship, I formulated a detailed protocol for conducting water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) testing. This involved designing and executing experiments to measure the rate at which moisture passes through different materials, which is crucial for determining the efficacy of topical products in retaining moisture in the skin. Through my work, I gained practical skills in experimental design, data analysis, and technical writing. Moreover, I also had the opportunity to collaborate with a team of researchers to develop new product concepts and conduct market research to identify potential opportunities in the cosmetics industry.
