  - Underwent a six months research project entitled ' Screening of different environmental strains against fluroquinolne resistant Staphylococcus aureus for Efflux pump inhibitors. - Performed MIC of the extracts that were isolated from the total 100 strains to check the lowest concentration of the compound which is causing antimicrobial resistance. - Performed modulation assay using Ethidium bromide as a substrate and the isolated bacterial extracts as modulators to prove that there are some compounds which could be used as an EPI in the future as most of these isolated environmental strains showed modulatory activity against S.aureus Show less
