Her leadership style,communication skills,problem solving abilities , resource management is simply outstanding. In my 7 years of IT experience, these 3 years were the most enjoyable ones. Her leadership has achieved outstanding results for our team. As a technical manager she used to get involved in each and every project and provided her valuable inputs whenever we had any sort of challenging problems. Her vision and leadership is really distinguishable from other managers and I have learnt so much from her. Overall, Sakina is a top-notch manager who is always willing to go above and beyond to support her team and thinking about their well being.
