RECRUITMENT DUTIES •Perform recruitment duties such creating job description and posting jobs ads. •Screening potential candidates and receiving applications. •Taking telephonic interview for the candidates to shortlist and submit their profiles to the client. •Working closely with the Recruitment Managers and assisting on her active positions. •Preparing the resume submittals to our client (employers). •Preparing and posting job advertisements online -Bayt.com, LinkedIn, IIK etc. •Following up with candidates & clients for shortlisting for the next round/ offer stage. •Arranging interviews and handling interview cancellations swiftly. •Following up on candidate's offer letter & joining etc. ADMINISTRATION DUTIES •Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office •Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. •Maintain office supplies and refreshment inventory and place orders. •Train and educate new joiners with company software and our workflow.
