      KEY DUTIES  On Time Performance: Responsible for the base’s OTP and maintaining company interest throughout the operations. Ensure on-time notification of service required for on-time departures, as per the Precision Time Sheet(PTS) provide primary emergency response and initiate follow up action, supervise the accurate updating of the flight log, Smart Ops and sending MVT/ETA etc.  Communication: Ensure on time and effective communication to relevant stakeholders regarding operational issues and/or updates thereof (e.g. Emergency Response Procedure (ERP), Alarm Notification and Contact Procedures, Click-a-tel etc), Ensure efficient & meaningful flight-following  Systems Management: Manage the departmental ERP system and tools of work/technology ensuring functionality, serviceability, maintenance, correct system use and compliance at all times e.g. (KEOPS, landlines, click-a-tel, base station VHF radio)  OCC- Management: Manage all staff performance, cost containment, that all shifts are covered and staff report for duty on time.All staff dress conduct is in line with the company policies. Manage and supervise the Base team with respect to shifts, ensuring on time work attendance, proper work competency levels are adhered to, compliance, etc.(i.e. employees KPA, Rosters) Responsible for the base’s administrative matters, managing department R2,5 million budget  Operational Changes: Control Irregular Operations ensuring minimum passenger disruption whilst optimizing aircraft movement. Ensure all changes including Irrops are communicated to internal staff members and other stakeholders. Provide support during Irrops and Emergency Response, Crew documentation maintenance, Ensure crew documentation is correctly completed and signed. Keep crew documentation in line with the company’s document control policy, Monitor Crew coordination, Coordinate Aircrew 48 hrs ahead of operations in accordance with the published roster as well as Company policies and procedures  Show less
