The World Federation of KSIMC is a registered UK Charity that carries out projects across the globe, particularly providing educational and humanitarian support through its WF-Aid arm.Its an honour to volunteer for this organisation where my role has been monitoring the efficient operation of the Treasury function, providing guidance on financial and compliance matters and ensuring strict adherence to the Charity Commission's regulations. This has included reviewing and upscaling the organisation's internal systems and processes and providing oversight on internal and external audits.As Trustees, we meet on a weekly basis where key management and strategic decisions are made.
