During the years that Sajin worked in our Deutsche Telekom Integration and Validation team, he was a key contributor that helped set-up, execute, and improve the chipset and module certification processes at Deutsche Telekom, covering our 12 countries across Europe. Not only did Sajin directly manage and deliver countless certification projects on time - around a quarter of our nearly 200 qualified 3GPP chipsets and modules are the result of his hard work, but he also interfaced as one of the main points of contact at Deutsche Telekom to dozens of industry suppliers. Sajin directly negotiated issues that he found during the integration testing, and pressed for quality improvements. His deep technical expertise helped our team to develop a significant portion of our test suites, which help us to identify hundreds of technical issues on the third party products we assess. Thanks to his perserverence and contributions, we have been able to greatly improve the interoperability and quality of connectivity for thousands of customers around the world. What impressed me the most about Sajin was his ability to manage all situations with grace and a clear head. He proactively looks for solutions, is able to identify risks and opportunities, and communicate the impact of technical issues in a way that customers, sales teams, partners, and our management can understand.
