To oversee MEP services ( HVAC , Plumbing , firefighting , Irrigation ,Swimming pool, LPG, BMS, HV, LV, ELV. ) installation under civil contractor scope of works. Primary inspection prior to consultant for the quality of work according to project compliance and demand. Constantly Monitoring subcontractor work progress and reporting to MEP Manager and Project Manager Close inspection for MEP contractor installation works. Carry out site walk and inspection for service installation,Identifying poor quality elements and advise construction team and MEP Management.
