  Presently, I am responsible for Ash Handling System incorporates with Bottom Ash & Fly Ash System (ESP). I have proven skills in projects like: CLP INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED JHAJJAR (2X660 MW) – Maintenance Engineer for AHP system. ESSAR POWER GUJRAT LIMITED JAMNAGAR (2X600MW) - Maintenance Engineer for AHP system. NLC TAMIL NADU THERMAL POWER PLANT TUTICUDI (2x500MW) - Maintenance Engineer for AHP system. I responsible for scheduling and planning predictive, preventive maintenance for power plant projects while conducting root cause analysis including budgeting and cost control activities. I am spearheading day to day works at the site, delegating work on priority basis planning and ensuring project completion as per assigned cost and time parameters. I am developing and implementing procedures, control systems for maintaining good engineering practice with quality standards. I have been stellar in minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with minimization of men, material & machine. I am implementing various schemes for improving plant efficiency, reliability & maximum utilization of available resources.
