  Responsible for designing customized PLC-based automation projects to control small to medium processes for industries like Oil & Gas and Pharmaceuticals. Designing of control panels and control systems based on client's control philosophies and accountable for end- to-end project management including analyzing requirements, developing project plans, technical scope, system acceptance test and finalizing documents such as GA & wiring drawings, system architecture drawing, load calculation sheet, etc.1. Currently working in Dubai (as of 19/12/2021) for the project of Etap Automation DMCC. The control system includes Schneider M580 (Level 2) Hot standby CPU (BMEH582040) with 4 substations with the total of 272 I/O's. I'm responsible for developing the logic for load shedding as per the control philosophy which falls in Oil & Gas sector.2. Single-handedly executed PID plant project for SAVAS Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Implemented the Safety logic in Schneider TM200 PLC with HMI. Designed MCC and Control panel with 102 I/O's and PLC logic as per the control philosophy. Developed HMI screen for whole plant including trends and reports and alarm pages. Successfully conducted FAT and successfully completed SAT for the project. 3. Single-handedly executed Tanker Loading Platform project with Citect SCADA system for Columbia Petrochem Pvt. Ltd., Designed whole new control panel of 160 I/O's and Implemented the Safety logic in Schneider TM221 PLC. Developed SCADA screen including trends and reports and alarm pages. Successfully conducted FAT and SAT on customer’s site in less than the time allotted.4. Upgraded and commissioned the Power Plant of Umang Dairies Ltd. With Schneider M340 2020 controller with the distributed I/O of Schneider STB family using Control Expert and Advantys software.
