Saji is a very capable, methodical and enthusiastic engineer, and has helped to develop a completely new range of products for us. He works very well as part of a small team contributing positively during review meetings, but is also more than happy managing a project on his own. The ability to be a self starter was key for our team to be efficient. His balance of CAD & prototyping skills was invaluable, allowing us to create working mock-ups and prototypes to prove the project at key stages and steer the development effectively.
