I am leading the development team responsible for the middleware component called Fact Calculation Engine. The Fact Calculation Engine helps AOD platform to pull fact values from the data warehouse. It allows ‘characteristics’ based reporting on any hierarchical level and do on-the-fly fact calculation on raw data. • Leading various in-flight development activates, includes business understanding, defining interface with various team, identify impact area, design/development, knowledge transfer to offshore members, daily status meeting, issue tracking, managing code merge, coordinating code deployment to ASM/SQA/Performance testing, supporting SQA team, coding, code-review. • Production Deployment Planning, deployment support, Level-3 support for any production related escalations. • Effort Estimation, Task allocation, Tracking App. Dev activates. • SME on Fact Calculation and work with multiple teams in AOD with “Can-do” attitude to solve various technical challenges • Mentoring team members, helping to improve development quality and team efficiency. • Developed rule based fact validation suite to reduce Unit Testing effort.
