 Ability to handle the entire organization accounting activities independently up to finalization of accounts & audit.  Preparation and presentation of monthly & quarterly financial statements.  Financial statements are prepared compared with last year and current year budget and presented as year to year and month to month.  Prepare and review budget proposals and funding requests from the department head and project manager.  Conducting cost-benefit analyses to determine value for decision making.  Prepare cash flow forecast and monitored the actual cash flow.  Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control.  Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders such as attorneys and external parties such as customers or suppliers.  Analyzing data about a company’s operational costs, cogs, fixed expense, variable expense and break even sales.  Variance analysis between standard and actual costs.  Recommending changes to the company’s processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit.  Familiar with all duties and procedures of the other Team Members in the Accounting department.  Accounts reconciliation process on periodical basis.(Intercompany, Bank, cash, customer and supplier)  Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
